Tofu Thai Green Curry

"A flavourful, fragrant and creamy Thai green curry with pieces of tofu and vegetables"

20g Mae Jum Green Curry Paste - Order your Mae Jum Paste

200g Coconut Milk

150g Tofu

50g Carrots

15g Fresh Green Chilli

30g Fresh Big Red Chilli

Seasoning (to taste)

1 tbsp Soy Sauce

½ tsp Palm Sugar (light brown sugar or coconut sugar)

300g Water


  1. Chop the Tofu into medium-size slices

  2. Chop the Green and Red Chillies into small slices

  3. Chop the carrots into small slices

Cooking Instructions

  1. Add 100g of the creamy layer of the coconut milk into a large saucepan and bring to a light boil

  2. Add Mae Jum Thai Green Curry Paste and blend thoroughly until sauce is smooth

  3. Add the Soy sauce and palm sugar to taste

  4. Put the Marrow into the mix along with the rest of the coconut milk and 300g of water. Leave to cook for 10 minutes.

  5. Add the carrots and let it cook for 5 minutes

  6. Add the tofu, Basil and the green and red chillies in and turn off the heat

  7. Enjoy, it’s delicious
