Delicious, but not for the faint hearted

Take heed of the 5/5 spice warning as this paste pulls no punches. Thankfully I enjoy my heat and this soup was a joy to eat. The tang of the tamarind perfectly complemented rich salmon. I'd love to make this again when I can get my hands on some unripe papaya (I used bean sprouts this time around).

Great flavour - will buy again

I ordered the variety box, so far I’ve used two of the selection and have found them absolutely wonderful. They are full of flavour and it’s a long time since I’ve tasted something that was authentically Thai. I personally did add fish sauce and shrimp paste . Looking to trying the rest of the selection and will definitely order again.

I’m very impressed with these pastes. Great taste and absolutely no nasty ingredients. I love the fact they will keep in the fridge for a couple of weeks once opened meaning I have plenty of time to use them.
