Wide range of pastes that make different flavours for fairly mild to very hot! Great introduction package and I will definitely be buying more.

Great flavour sauces

I bought a starter pack and have now made all six.
My favourite is the red curry paste, so much so that I’ve bought more packs of it.
Joint second best goes to: yellow, Massaman and green pastes.
I found Jungle to be a bit too hot and a bit harsh.
The Panang paste was a big disappointment …….. nice taste, but needed to be a bit more spicy.
But overall they were all excellent value and truly authentic. Most of the curries were suitable for freezing after cooking, apart from Panang. It was very thin and watery when thawed out.

Great pastes, variety, flavour. Not tried them all but looking forward to the pad thai and Tom ka when my daughter comes home from Hong Kong.

All three types of Thai curry paste are lovely and they make a fantastic meal. We will be ordering more once these have been used up!
